A Risk Inspection is a visit by one of our risk experts to a company or private individual. During this visit we inventory fire, liability and related risks, whereby matters such as construction type, use, work processes, state of maintenance, location and environment are assessed. At the same time, advice is given to reduce, prevent or even eliminate these risks.
We always try to do this in the most practical and open way possible and we do not stop at giving advice. Where necessary and desired, we also offer help with the implementation of our prevention advice. By organizing things differently, surprising results can sometimes be achieved quickly.
We always discuss everything during the visit, so that there are no surprises afterwards.
Insurance risks are mainly focused on the areas of fire, burglary, water damage, business interruption, liability and environmental damage.
In addition to the above-mentioned risk assessments for insurers and affiliated parties, we also frequently work for other clients and regularly provide advice on fire safety for clients’ construction plans.
